Community Strength and Conditioning
A community/team based training session focused on improving overall fitness with a traditional Strength and Conditioning model and environment.
Each month’s training block will be designed to improve overall fitness fundamentals in an evidence-based methodology.

Welcome to your perfect lunch break workout. During this short class, we do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise, weight lifting, and stretch breaks

Small Group Training
Individualized programming. All levels of experience welcome!
Intimate 1 hour Session (Max: 5 Individuals) with a Heights Fitness Coach.
Goals may include but not limited to: Overall Fitness, Weight Loss, Strength Gain, Speed and Endurance, Core, Muscle Imbalance, Rehabilitation, Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, Sport Specific Training.
